I was born in Mexico and raised in the bustling metropolis of New York City. Growing up, the frozen treats from my homeland were always a special treat. Whether it was a hot summer day or a cold winter night, these frozen treats always brought a smile to my face. They reminded me of home. Now, I am on a mission to bring the same joy to others.

With a passion for nourishing my family with wholesome foods, I embarked on a culinary journey that led me to create my own line of healthy paletas. With unwavering determination and a drive to make a difference, I have dedicated myself to sharing the vibrant flavors and health benefits of these authentic Mexican treats with the world.

As a self taught Entrepreneur I constantly push the limits, challenging myself to reach new heights and exceed my own expectations.

Dejan Davidovic

Co-Founder & Managing Director

I am a Serbian native and always held a deep passion for the culinary arts and the hospitality industry. I grew up in a small village where food and family gatherings were the centerpiece of life. I credit my grandmothers for teaching me the traditional Serbian cooking methods and inspiring my love for cooking.

My wife and I have become passionate about offering our customers a healthy alternative to frozen treats. We saw a need for a healthier option that everyone could enjoy without the guilt, so we started experimenting with different recipes and flavors. After countless hours of trial and error, we finally perfected our decadent recipes.

I adore spending time with my family and thoroughly relish moments with my sons Stefan and Aleksander. Venturing into the unknown and traversing the globe bring me immense joy.

Hi, I'm Stefan! an adventurous, creative, and energetic spirit, I am always challenging the boundaries of my imagination and pushing the limits of what I can do. I love to explore new places, meet new people, and try new things.

According to my mom, I am an exceptional individual, and I believe that I possess the potential to make a significant impact on the world.

My favorite flavor is LIMONADA!

Aleksander Davidovic

Partner / Taster

Cheerful, loving, observant, and peaceful – these words describe me perfectly. I love being around happy people and I love making people smile. My dad says I am the best, and I think he may be right! I'm also a keen observer of the world around me, and I love to learn new things.

My favorite flavor is STRAWBERRY!

Fernanda Carrillo

I was born and raised in Brazil and hold a degree in food science and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the newest member of the Paletas & Co. team!

My passion for the hospitality industry drives me to create healthy, tasty, and nourishing recipes that our current and future customers will love.

I firmly believe that clean foods not only fill our bodies with essential vitamins and minerals but also provide more vibrant flavors when they are in their natural state. I can’t wait to share my culinary creations and contribute to our mission at Paletas & Co.

We are passionate advocates for supporting women and empowering them to create a better future for themselves and their families. We are particularly drawn to the work of CREA, an organization that provides training and business development support to low-income women in Mexico. We believe that by investing in these women, we can create a ripple effect that will benefit their communities for generations to come. We are proud to support CREA and donate a portion of Paletas & Co.'s profits to their cause. Together, we can make a difference!
